To give you an idea of whether this opportunity is for you, below is a conservative estimate of the kind of income we believe you can earn as a Munrolock franchisee.

Estimated cost of running the Agency per month - £3000 per month

(This includes Munrolock's monthly fee, monthly fee for 'rightmove', weekly newspaper advertising, leaflets, printing costs, phone bills, fuel, etc.).

Estimated Income

5 Sales per month - £6250 (avg fee of 0.5% based on selling price of £250,000)

5 Lets per month - £3000 (avg fee of £600 per let)

10 Sales per month - £12500 (avg fee of 0.5% based on selling price of £250,000)

10 Lets per month - £6000 (avg fee of £600 per let)

This means that even if you only managed the 5 sales and 5 lets per month, you would still turnover £111,000 in the year and make a profit of around £75,000 (based on the above figures).

10 sales and 10 Lets per month would give you a turnover of over £220,000 per year!

If you can increase your fee from the 0.5% fee we quote to around 1% per sale then there is a lot more potential to make a very high income.

There are also other income revenues such as conveyancing, mortgages and removals which should also achieve over £15,000 per year.
