Costs

A traditional estate agency franchise will cost you a great deal more than choosing the Munrolock franchise. Normally with most franchises it would cost you around £25,000 start up cost, followed by around £40,000 for premises and costs involved in the first four months. The franchise company then would take around 10% of your total income each month.

We keep the costs very simple.

The franchise set up fee is £12,500(+vat) for an exclusive area for both Sales and Lettings.

We then charge you nothing else for the first four months to give you time to establish your agency. There will then be a fixed monthly subscription charge regardless of the gross turnover you make. The monthly subscription charge can easily be covered by letting just one property each month!

These prices are specially for franchisees who sign up before we launch! Once we have successfully launched in early 2008, we will increase the fees.

There are other monthly costs you will incur, though not to us. Subscriptions to website portals, newspaper advertising, leaflets, phone costs etc must be take into account, though we will give you a rough idea of the costs involved.
