MunroLock Estate Agents opened their first office on Beckenham High Street at the beginning of 2004 and have grown from strength to strength since then, now extending to over 15 additional members of staff covering our four offices in Beckenham, Bromley, Hayes and Bromley Common.

From day one, we had a set idea of what we wanted to achieve with our company. We have always believed that the single most vital ingredient to making our company successful, is customer service. So from the beginning, we have set out to make sure we offer the highest quality brochures, the latest technology, constant contact with all our clients and as much advertising as is needed to name just a few.

We have found we have a solid and highly successful business model. At the same time, we realised that we could have achieved similar growth and expansion but at a vastly reduced cost if we had used the internet as the main source of advertising and communication.

With our training and support, we believe ambitious individuals can set up an estate agency in any area, without the need for high street premises and the high costs involved.
